Meet the Founder
Pallavi is the founder of Nila, a coffee brand born from a deep love for honest, no-fuss coffee. After years of enjoying great coffee from her brother-in-law’s estate in Chikmagalur, she decided to bring that experience to more people, making it accessible, easy to enjoy, and rooted in quality. With a background in brand building and storytelling, Pallavi brings care and curiosity to every step—from sourcing single estate beans to shipping out every order. She now runs Nila as a solo founder, blending tradition with a fresh, playful approach to coffee. Alongside coffee, she also crafts small-batch chilli oils and double chocolate dry brownie mix, and plans to grow Nila into a thoughtful pantry brand that always puts people and their experiences first.
