At Nila, customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a fair and transparent refund & cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:

The product is delivered damaged.

The wrong product is delivered.

The product is expired upon delivery.
Note: Photographic proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
4. Exchange

Exchanges are only provided in the case of incorrect or damaged products.
